Many of us dream of a giant kitchen with endless storage space and a perfect design — after all, there's a reason kitchens are featured so prominently in design magazines and television shows. But the truth is, if you use your kitchen, finding enough space for storage, prep, and cooking is almost always impossible. And for those of us working with limited space, it can feel all too easy for our kitchen space to become overwhelmed with clutter, turning the relaxing chore of cooking into a cramped nightmare.

As the mercury rises, our household energy costs tend to rise as well. The combination of higher demand on the electric grid and higher household consumption of energy as we try to keep our homes cool and comfortable, can result in skyrocketing electric bills. And in 2022, with global uncertainty driving higher energy costs worldwide, the average cost of electricity is going up. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, the average household in America saw increases of about 4% in February of this year as compared to February 2021, and higher rate hikes are almost surely on the horizon.

You've just purchased your first home, but your minimalist apartment-dweller furnishings don't quite fit the new vibe. Or perhaps you've transitioned into working remotely full time and seeing the same decor you've had for years day after day is giving you unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Whether you find yourself in an exciting new housing situation or simply yearn to breathe new life into your ancestral abode, personalizing your space is a fabulous way to revitalize your house and elevate your state of mind.

For Broker Associate Bryce Fuller, it's all about creating "raving fans."

A Chicagoland native, Bryce grew up on Chicago's North Shore in a "real estate family," including a mother who was a successful real estate agent. However, his route to his current profession wasn't a straight line. After college, he moved to Los Angeles to try his hand at screenwriting and sales, but the lure of the Midwest eventually proved too much for him, and he returned to Chicago to pursue a career as a broker. In 2003 he joined his family's tradition in real estate, becoming the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors Rookie of the year and quickly becoming one of the top brokers in the area.
